Como llega
How it reaches you
We fill and seal the pouches. Getting them across the country is somebody else’s trade, and this page is honest about which parts we can speak for.
Who holds the parcel
The store you buy from packs the box, chooses the carrier and sets the timing. No parcel leaves this kitchen with your name on it, so any date you see quoted at checkout is theirs and only theirs.
That is also why you will not find a delivery table on this page. Any number we printed would be a guess about somebody else’s operation, and a wrong guess is worse than none.
Where to look instead
Timing, carrier and tracking all appear on the order page at the store, before you pay and after. It updates as the parcel moves; this page could not.
What travelling does to a pouch
These are dry blends, so a long trip does them no harm as long as the pouch stays sealed. Ground spice and milled cacao settle in transit and a pouch that felt loose in our hands can arrive packed tight at the bottom. That is gravity, not damage. Squeeze the pouch a few times before the first scoop.
Heat is the one thing worth minding. A box left on a sunny porch for a day can soften cacao and clump a cinnamon blend. It still makes a good jug, but the powder will need working through a sieve.
A pouch that arrives split, damp or clearly stale is a fault worth telling us about, because that one is ours.
Back to the pouches
Nine blends, three ways of making them, and a table that says how far each pouch goes.
