These pages describe blends we make and point you at a store that stocks them. Nothing here forms a sale. The terms you actually buy under are the ones you agree to at the store, at the moment you pay.
Prices and availability
Every price on this site is what we saw at our last check, and the store can change it or run out at any hour without telling us. Treat the figure as a signpost and the store page as the truth.
The numbers in the guides
Ratios, yields and timings are given in good faith and cooked to in this kitchen, but a jug, a pot and a palate are all yours. Where we do not know, the page says so rather than inventing a figure.
Nothing here is medical or dietary advice, and no blend on this site is offered as either.
Words and pictures
The writing, the photographs and the marks on this site belong to the kitchen. Quote a line with a link and we are glad; lift a page wholesale and we are not.
