Letters to the kitchen

One address, read by people who grind this stuff. Ask about a ratio and you will get a straight answer.

[email protected]

Written to in English or in Spanish, either is read.

1207 S Flores St, Suite 4San Antonio, TX 78204

A desk, not a shop. Nothing to try here, no counter, no shelf of pouches, and no one behind it on a Saturday.

A pouch sent back to this address would sit unopened: anything to do with an order already placed belongs with the store that took it.

Worth writing about

  • A ratio that did not work in your jug or your pot
  • Which blend suits a table of a particular size
  • A pouch that arrived clumped, stale or clearly not what the label said
  • Something on these pages that reads as wrong to you

Not ours to answer

Anything about an order already placed goes to the store that took it. Where the parcel is, when it lands, what a returns window looks like, what a card was charged: none of that reaches us, and guessing at it would waste your afternoon as well as ours.

The store keeps its own record of your purchase and can act on it in a minute. We would spend a day and get nowhere.

When you will hear back

Letters get read in the order they arrive, and the kitchen runs on Mexican hours, so a note sent late on Friday waits for Monday. If a question needs a batch checked, it takes a little longer, and we would rather answer slowly than guess.

Back to the pouches

Nine blends, three ways of making them, and a table that says how far each pouch goes.
