A problem with the order
Wrong item, missing box, charged twice, changed your mind inside the window: all of that sits with the store that took the order. Open the order in your account there and the options are on the page.
We hold no record of your purchase and no way to reverse a payment we never received. Writing to us first only adds a day before you write to them.
A problem with the pouch
A blend that smells flat, a seal that failed, a label that does not match what is inside: that is our work, and we want to hear about it. Tell us the blend, the size and the date printed on the back, and if you can, what it smelled like when you opened it.
We keep batch records, so a specific pouch can usually be traced back to the week it was milled. That is worth more to us than the price of a bag, because it tells us whether one pouch went wrong or a whole morning did.
Before you write either way
- Check the date printed on the back of the pouch
- Note the blend and whether it was the 500 g or the 1 kg size
- Say whether the pouch was sealed when it reached you
- Keep the pouch until the question is settled
Clumped powder on its own is not a fault. Ground cinnamon and milled cacao pack down on the road and break up again under a spoon.
