What we keep about you
A catalogue with nothing to log into keeps very little, and this page says exactly what little that is.
What this site collects
There is no account to open here, no basket to fill and no card field anywhere on the site, so none of that is stored because none of it is ever asked for.
Like any site, the server that hands you these pages records the ordinary technical facts of the request: which page, roughly when, and the kind of browser that asked. We look at those in aggregate to see which guides get read.
The picker
The picker on this site does its arithmetic in your browser. What you tell it about your table is not sent anywhere and is gone when you close the tab.
Letters
If you write to us, we keep the letter so we can answer it and so a recurring complaint about a batch does not get lost. We do not add you to a list, and there is no list here to add you to.
What happens at the store
The moment you follow a buy button you are on somebody else’s site, under their privacy terms, not ours. Anything you type there, including your address and your payment details, is between you and them and never passes through us.
Want the letter you sent us deleted? Ask, and it will be.
