What goes into it
Bright lime bite
This is the sharpest mix on our agua fresca shelf. The dried lime keeps its sour punch so the glass stays crisp, even under midday heat. We leave out artificial colors and fake flavorings to keep the taste clean.
Suspended chia seeds
Stir the powder into cold water and give the seeds five minutes to wake up. They soften, swell, and hang throughout the drink instead of dropping to the bottom. Each sip carries a light, gelled crunch.
Mercado barrel style
Street stalls in Mexico keep this drink swirling in big glass vitroleros packed with ice. Our pouch brings that exact balance home. It offers a clean break from milk-heavy horchata or rich chocolate without losing character.
Cold water only
You need no warm water or blender here. Dump the scoop into a pitcher, pour cold water over the top, and give it a hard stir with a wooden spoon. Add a handful of ice cubes right before setting the glasses out.
